In 2022, amidst unprecedented challenges, the Foundation embarked on a strategic revival. This crucial decision was prompted by the Taliban’s return to power in Kabul and the subsequent humanitarian crisis that dramatically impacted countless Afghan lives.A pivotal moment in our renaissance came through the publication of a compelling biography chronicling the remarkable life of Ehsan Turabaz, our esteemed founder. This significant work not only renewed focus on Afghanistan and the Foundation’s mission but also served as a catalyst for meaningful action. In continuing Ehsan’s noble legacy, we have recommitted ourselves to serving the Afghan people, fully cognizant of the complex challenges that lie ahead while remaining steadfast in our dedication to supporting those in need.The publication’s success has blessed us with initial financial resources, enabling us to take decisive steps forward. Among our first initiatives was the formation of a partially new board, bringing fresh perspectives and renewed energy to our cause.
